Jiangsu ZIHETECH Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. officially commenced production on October 18, 2024. Leveraging Trumpf fully automated cutting/bending equipment, CNC machining centers, and a cleanroom, we provide high-precision sheet metal manufacturing and support services for the semiconductor industry, driving domestic semiconductor equipment upgrades.
The new factory is located in Qidong City, Jiangsu Province, covering 15,000 sqm, equipped with German Trumpf TruLaser cutting center, AMADA CNC bending machines, and other advanced equipment, with an annual capacity of tens of thousands of semiconductor equipment rack structural components.
ZIHETECH's new factory successfully installed China's 8th Trumpf Smart Laser Center line, marking a new stage in the company's precision sheet metal manufacturing for semiconductor equipment. This production line features fully automated loading/unloading, intelligent scheduling, and real-time monitoring, significantly improving production capacity and quality stability.
